How can I find new missions?

To find new assignments, you can search here:

Furthermore, your profile is visible to all clients unless you have checked the box “no longer be publicly visible in your back office”.

What type of projects can I find on the platform?

You can find training or consulting assignments in companies, schools or training centers in Europe.

How do customer relationships work?

You can be contacted by clients directly through your internal messaging system.

Then you make them a price quote, which they can accept or decline.

On the day of the service, you carry out the agreed-upon work, following the client’s instructions and adhering to their establishment’s internal regulations.

Upon your return from the assignment, you can request the release of funds from our platform to receive them quickly.

What are the fees for using the platform?

The use of the platform is free at the moment, we are only paid for services rendered with a percentage paid by the client and the consultant/trainer.

Am I guaranteed to get paid? And how long will it take?

You are guaranteed payment because the funds are loaded up in advance by the client and held by the platform for the duration of the assignment. Once you have returned from the assignment, you can request payment, which is processed after the client confirms that the assignment was completed successfully. Payment is made within 8 business days.

What happens if I have a problem during a mission?

If you encounter any problems during your assignment, you must contact us urgently by text or voice message on WhatsApp and follow up your request with an email (if using voice message). We keep all written communications to resolve any disputes. We will then discuss the matter with the client to find a fair solution for everyone involved.
